Privacy Policy

LeaseRails is leasing-workflow software made by KG Integrations LLC ("we," "us"). It is licensed to property-management companies ("clients") and used by their staff. This policy explains what information LeaseRails handles and how.

Information we process

Client staff accounts — name, work email, and role, used to sign in and to route tour notifications.
Prospect and resident records — contact details, inquiry messages, tour bookings, application status, and lease details. LeaseRails processes this on behalf of the client; the client's property-management system remains the system of record.
Usage and reliability logs — technical records of message sending and system health, kept to prevent duplicate messages and diagnose problems.

How it's used

Solely to operate the product for the client: responding to rental inquiries, scheduling tours, sending leasing documents and reminders, and reporting to the client's team. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client data for advertising.

Google user data

When a user chooses to connect their Google Calendar, LeaseRails requests access only to create and manage the tour events it schedules and, where the user enables it, to read free/busy times so tours are not booked over existing commitments. We do not read the contents of unrelated calendar events, and Google account data is never sold or used for advertising.

LeaseRails' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time inside LeaseRails, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Upon disconnection we delete the stored authorization tokens.

Sharing

Data is shared only with the service providers required to run LeaseRails (hosting, scheduling, e-signature, and the client's own property-management system), each acting under their own contractual obligations. We disclose information if required by law.

Retention & security

Records are retained while the client's license is active and deleted or returned at the client's direction when it ends. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to authorized accounts.
