These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of LeaseRails, leasing-workflow software made by KG Integrations LLC ("KG Integrations," "we," "us"). LeaseRails is licensed to property-management companies ("clients") under a written license agreement and is used by their authorized staff ("users"). By using LeaseRails you agree to these Terms. Where a signed license agreement and these Terms differ, the license agreement controls.
Data you enter or connect (prospect, resident, lease, and messaging records; connected Rent Manager, Google, Calendly, DocuSign and similar accounts) belongs to the client. We process it only to provide and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of their data and for having the rights and consents needed to use it in LeaseRails.
LeaseRails connects to third-party services (for example Rent Manager, Google Workspace, Calendly, DocuSign, Apartments.com and Zillow). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, changes to their APIs, or their handling of your data once it leaves LeaseRails.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, add, or retire features. Material changes that reduce functionality a client relies on will be communicated in advance where practical.
LeaseRails, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by KG Integrations LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for the term of their license. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.
Fees, billing terms, and any minimums are set in the client's license agreement. Use of connected third-party services may incur those providers' own charges.
LeaseRails is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. LeaseRails is a workflow tool, not legal advice; clients remain responsible for compliance with landlord-tenant, fair-housing, privacy, and messaging laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees the client paid for the service in that period, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
A client may end its use of LeaseRails as provided in its license agreement. On termination we will make the client's data available for export for a reasonable period and then delete it, except where retention is required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bowie County, Texas, unless a signed license agreement provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
